  • We currently offer shipping to UK Mainland only. Unfortunately, we do not ship to locations outside the UK or to islands such as the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, or Northern Ireland at this time.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • We offer a range of delivery options, depending on your location and order size. The available delivery methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

    Standard Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days

    Express Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days

    Please note: Delivery times may vary due to factors such as stock availability, weather conditions, or high demand periods (e.g. holidays). While we make every effort to meet these estimated delivery times, they are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. We offer free standard shipping on orders over £[insert amount].

4. Order Processing

6. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange for a re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

    Please note: We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by errors in the shipping address.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

  • In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.

    Please keep all packaging materials for inspection by the courier if needed.

8. International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the UK mainland. However, we are constantly reviewing our shipping options and may expand to additional regions in the future
